I am using Windows 10 10041, and sometimes the system goes to black screen, and the mouse cursor cannot do anything. When I move it, my speakers make beeps. I checked event viewer and this is the error I think it is:

Windows 10 Can T Click Anything But Taskbar

I am running Tech Preview on a Dell Vostro 200, the 32-bit version. It is a Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2160 at 1.80 GHz. I have 2 GB of RAM.
